Blend Maple Syrup, Milk, Ricotta, Vanilla until smooth
Chill overnight in the fridge. Freeze bowl insert of ice cream maker overnight
The next day. process the ice cream base according to manufacture instruction. It should look like soft serve. Move to an airtight container in the freezer.

You can use fruit flavored maple syrup. Just switch 1/4 cup of plain maple syrup for the flavored maple syrup.
