Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups Whole Milk Ricotta
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Blend Maple Syrup, Milk, Ricotta, Vanilla until smooth
  • Chill overnight in the fridge. Freeze bowl insert of ice cream maker overnight
  • The next day. process the ice cream base according to manufacture instruction. It should look like soft serve. Move to an airtight container in the freezer.
  • Enjoy

Notes

You can use fruit flavored maple syrup. Just switch 1/4 cup of plain maple syrup for the flavored maple syrup.
